1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and using AllySpin Casino services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register or use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and play. You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time through our KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed and balances forfeited.
3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one account. Multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances voided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate personal information and keep it up to date. False information at registration constitutes a breach of these terms.
4. Bonus Terms
Welcome bonus: 100% deposit match up to $200 CAD. Wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount. Expiry: 30 days from bonus credit date. Maximum bet during active bonus: $5 per spin or hand. Slots contribute 100%; live tables contribute 10%; virtual sports and scratch cards contribute 0%. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit is $20 CAD. Minimum withdrawal is $20 CAD. Withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is $10,000; maximum per month is $50,000 for standard verified accounts. We apply no withdrawal fees. Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are charged by the respective blockchain network. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits (up to the deposited amount) as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
6. KYC Verification
We are required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation includes government-issued photo ID and proof of address. We may also request payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balance. Verified cash balances will be returned following successful identity verification.
7. Responsible Gambling
We provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Use of these tools is voluntary for players who choose to set them. We are not liable for losses incurred before a responsible gambling tool is activated. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited: using software to automate play; exploiting bugs or errors in games; abusing bonus systems or creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes; collusion with other players; money laundering or using AllySpin Casino for illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to close accounts and void balances where prohibited activities are identified.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond our control. Our total liability to any player is limited to the balance held in their account at the time of any dispute. Gambling involves risk; we do not guarantee winnings or a profitable experience.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-account notification with a minimum of 7 days notice before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the Curaçao eGaming licensing authority. Players may also seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution services recognized by the regulator.
